equipment is returned, repaired, replaced, or full compensation is received

The requirements regarding insurance are as follows:

A certificate showing renters general liability coverage
of $1,000,000 combined single limit. |
| 2. |
Miscellaneous and leased equipment coverage for all risks
of loss at an amount of no less than the replacement cost of the rented
equipment from Alphamedia, and including Alphamedia as loss payee. |
